Booked ZRH-IST-AYT and noticed that IST-AYT is A-350.

Looks like there are multiple A-350s between IST and AYT / EBS.

This is surprising especially when AYT is transitioning to off-season.

Correct, SFO-MUC-FRA-LED is illegal routing without EU/SWISS passport or residence card / long term visa under current rules.

Change to UA nonstop SFO-FRA unless you have European residency.
