Whatever helps me max out PQM on United I am open to as far as booking options.

I have an international trip coming up PHX-SFO-HKG. The way it was booked, the Phx-SFO leg is not on the same reservation as the SFO-HKG leg. The international leg was sold as an AA marketed flight....

I have an upcoming trip and want to earn miles, but afraid my CX flights won't earn any AA miles. I can't pony up for premium economy or business, and the economy fare bucket isn't Y....
