So I've got ~60k SQ miles expiring later this year. I don't see myself flying anytime soon at this rate, and waiting for SQ to just keep extending the expiry seems like a bit of a gamble as well.

50% is the lowest sale I've ever seen in five years or so? Usually it's 15-30% or so. Probably a good time to pick one up especially taking tariffs into account.

Why not just file a complaint now? It'll sit in a backlog of complaints somewhere anyway, and it's still worth complaining even if it doesn't end up being the means to resolution.
