I fly ORD-MAD-TLV all the time. There is no added security although most of the time the MAD-TLV flight is at the end of the terminal. I usually spend as much time as possible in the lounge.

Its worse than that... Its a table no bigger than a Large Pizza with 3 bottles of liquor... Thats all.... I didnt see any other alcohol besides a few cans of beer in one of the fridges.
