The fire hit exactly the area which allows the airside transit from T1/T2/T3(Schengen) to T3(Extra-Schengen)

I'm afraid that the transit area between T3 and T1 is closed to the public due to a fire.
I'd suggest to follow the instructions you get on site, as alitalia may take you from T3 to T1 via bus.
