Canadian amex Platinum weird travel credit change

Hello,

I called Amex about the 200$ travel credit. I tried to get a clear explanation but i'm not sure i quite understood...

My anniversary date is November, so what happens to my 2019 travel...

I'm also a diamond with over 120 nights last year, this year, i just spent 4 nights in a Doubletree in Denver. I have over 30 nights with SPG this year and 20 with Marriott. I won't be giving more...
