I don't think CX have the traffic right between India / Singapore to Macau, so it should be a one-off private charter, especially consider the short period of time between departure and only one-way...

I think it is not the "Mid-field" but the "North Satellite" that you are talking about. You can do security there but the bus back to the terminal is less frequent (I think once every 12 minute or so)

My personal preference goes to CX Premium Economy (more TP towards BA Lifetime Gold if that's reachable for you). BR J is actually quite good as well.
