Quick question: I'm flying JFK-SJU on the 737-800 in a few months. Delta currently shows the aircraft as being equipped with Live TV, but will it actually work on this mostly over-water flight?

The 767-300 (domestic) would definitely have the live TV. The 767 may have personal entertainment, but even if it does, there would be no live TV as it is typically an international aircraft.
