The Duke of Kent was on YYZ to LHR last night. One of his bag carriers was in CW, assume he was in First. Flight was delayed by an hour as the flight crew got stuck in traffic.

That's exactly the problem, it shouldn't be down to a person. It should be a scan of the boarding pass and a correct yes or no.

This is a BA system problem.

EK 777 seats aren't great.

I've used a bundle of points to book flights from NCL-AMS-VCE for four.

The boarding passes, all printed off, show everyone as Platinum ( with my FB number).
