Award Mileage discrepency On round trip ticket??

Purchased a round trip ticket in first class to San Juan recently. I am Platinum.
I'm puzzled as to why the awards are different in for the 2 legs ? Does anyone

Yes the segments on Singapore are booked from KIX-SIN-MLE and MLE-SIN-TPE. All are intra-Asian. I have Eva Air from TPE-IAH but I had to get seat assignments from the Eva site.

Thanks for the info! Didn't look at the top.. Air Japan is a subsidiary of ANA and operates under the NH call sign. So I guess it would fall under the same interline agreement as ANA.
