Sydney Domestic Lounges

I am Qantas Gold. Flying to Adelaide from Sydney.
Am I correct that the Qantas Club lounge (Gold eligible) is completely shut? The only lounge open is the Qantas Business (Platinum eligible).

I cancelled two reward bookings and a cash booking a week ago and not received any points or money.
Apparently it is a manual process and Qantas have a huge backlog to go through.

I can see two first class rewards seats on SYD - DOH on the AA site and BA site. However they are not showing on Qantas site. I called Qantas and they say there is only one seat.

Flying from Sydney to London end of March using my Qantas points.
Booked on BA16 SYD to SIN in WTP then BA12 SIN to LHR in CW.

I'm guessing our second leg on BA12 is at risk of being cancelled....
