If turnaround time allows, you can deplane at any time after they have their thru count. Have done it quite a bit and FA have just told us to let GA at door know we are thru passengers getting off...

You can't stream video, download/send larger files on email, or access cloud based files like Google Drive and Google Docs very reliably but for basic email, messaging, and web surfing it is fine.

They have parked a bunch of the older 737 feel...
