I've had (third-party) lounge access in ZAG as a Brit Air "full Y" pax on a business-class ticket connecting to longhaul. Lounge availability doesn't have to correspond to the onboard product.

If you are flying from JFK (or MIA- though I am not sure exactly when they start flying there), I would fly UX- the business...

It depends on your viewpoint. I'd say it's worth something, even if it's not the best FFP since the dawn of time. With A3 getting into *A, I expect to see some changes next year.

If you do at least 15 segments per year and the CSA routes work for you, OK+ is the obvious choice for the free upgrades alone.
