UA 880 today swapped this morning to a 772 with polaris/pp. Went from a bulkhead row 16 with the family and was able to snag row 20 in PP since it is counted as Econ + (PP is not sold IAH-LHR)....

I used to be able to exclude fare class N (Basic economy) on United through the Chase portal, but appears no longer able to do that. Is there any way online to exclude these, or do I need to call in?
