For GRR it seems to be associated with the word "Lausing". Is that a place somewhere in Michigan or just random gibberish? Otherwise sounds like a bad misspelling of Lansing.

I don't see them going into JFK unless they either buyout B6 or they want to become a player on transcons.

Personally I see them starting token service to ORD before JFK ever comes along.

I was thinking the same thing. Once the rain actually stops or at least slows way down then flood waters usually drain out fairly quickly aside from things like underpasses and other low lying areas....
