The only thing I can speculate on, if he was taking 1 unit at a time, instead of 8 units with one injection. He was said to be argumentative, which would fall in line with hypoglycemia

It is a security issue, since in some cases the bags need to be pulled. The proper procedure is for the FA to take a portion of the boarding pass, so they know who is missing, if they fail to return.

I wish all FAs worked up to par. My last two trips as purser in F to LHR, pax were thanking ME for the service, as I thanked THEM for flying with us. I cannot explain or excuse anyone else's behavior.
