If I am flying on an award ticket (O and X) and rebooked in J as shown on delta.com (because of IROPs), will I earn J miles?

Sorry if this post isn't concise. Am in XXX in Africa with little...

In short, if you were flying 2 paid rtws (coach), with all the miles you make from the first one being spent to make a more enjoyable trip for the two people traveling with you on the second paid rtw...

Other options

Welcome to FT......

Two thoughts:

1) Make sure you are also asking the price (in miles) for Business/First. Sometimes you can get J/F availability in the lower levels with coach at the higher...

Delay on ground or in air better?

No way. Either you were in coach so were in h*ll and didn't care either way or if you were in First, then you don't drink. If you are on the runway, the FAs don't serve you and you aren't supposed...

That is my fault for using "in-active."

In defense of the agent she technically did nothing wrong. I am just flustered that a common courtesy/recommendation was not given to the person checking...

SlowTrekker,

Thank you for giving all of us the details.

For clarification, he was in-active but that does not change the point. The DL agent said his bags were over-weight. She didn't say...

Too fat???

True. I agree. If the "over-weight guy" (just trying to poke fun here...his body fat was 100th of mine) was obnoxious or rude, then I would have not helped. He seemed to be 22 years old and not...

Angry Speak up when you can help!!!

Was at CAE (Columbia, SC) and a military type (Army I assume) was checking in before me ( I let him go in front of me from the Y line because I was in the Medallion line and had plenty of time). In...

Hooters slogan

The Hooters billboard read something like:

"Yeah, right...."

With the billboard spokesperson being a fat 50 year old with a mustache, apron and spatula in orange shorts and white shirt rather...

Another way to look at it:

Think of it this way:

Within the same paid itinerary/booking (NOT a reservation) as your JFK-LAX or LAX-JFK leg......there must be a QF flight route "touching" the JFK-LAX or LAX-JFK portion of...
