Doesn't it depend on the fare class? Cheap domestic tickets in Peru do not earn Avios/TP. We did four domestic flights in Peru last year, and none of those earned anything (in O, G and N fare classes)

I don't think you can access the international departures area without an international boarding pass. There is Priority Pass lounge in the domestic departures area, but I've never been in there.

I think there are a few issues around aircraft deliveries and engine problems. Plus the additional slots in Gatwick mean they need a few more aircraft to fill them, and fleet planning doesn't catch...
