Hey everyone-

The China Airlines A350 is listed on Seatguru as having a 60-inch seat pitch, with a 78-inch bed.

But the 777-300ER is listed on Seatguru as having a 78-inch seat pitch, and a...

Something went wrong on B6 516 SFO-JFK today (Sept 4, 2017). The catering was pretty terrible. I didn't take pics (sorry! mea culpa), but the menu included:

Tuscan kale salad
Crab avocado...

Seating configs?

Surprised nobody is either speculating or giving insider info on the likely seating configs on these 321s. Three rows of F? Additional rows of MCS at mid-cabin exits? Most airlines keep their 319s...

Do we think VX will configure these aircraft with 8 in F? Or will they perhaps put in an extra row to make it 12? They certainly sell out F on their transcon flights regularly. I am assuming the...

Going from VX to VS at LAX

Hey, fellow junkies-

I'm doing the usual unspeakable machinations to retain my loyalties, including avoiding a Delta codeshare with VS on an SFO-LAX leg, onward to LHR. (It was $2,500 cheaper in...

The hard product on VX isn't as compelling on LAX/SFO-JFK, but they do offer a fat superior F product into BOS, IAD, ORD, etc. That's the flipside of a consistent fleet.

As noted in other threads,...

That's a weird question. By your logic, the menu should be identical in coach, too.

It seems like there should be product differentiation, given that there's (huge) price differentiation.

I...

Well, that's scary. Are we entering a new era of cost savings by recycling C meals into F? Or is August just a weird coincidence? I'm confident they're not doing a different recipe in the caterer...

My husband just pointed out one other sad truth here: for $400, a non loyal flyer flies in F while a Gold flyer, who would've gladly paid $1 less to do the same, flies in coach.

For a buck, Virgin...
