I feel your pain. But head over to say the Air New Zealand forum and see how ANZ is treating their customers. Outright baloney that DOT regulations for TPAC routes only apply to US citizens?

Fortunately AA and other airlines are now requiring masks and will provide them for you if you don't have one.
