Yes from the regions, I actually find EK better in Y. More legroom, power in most seats, better AVOD. As said above, A380 is very good in this regard, 777's less so, but as a general rule you'll get...

Interestingly I've had the same happen, DOH-MAN. The website 'appears' to offer a refund a an option, which is what I'd prefer, but it means calling in. I'll try and do that at some point.
