The P fare (700 USD) is almost at the same level as this N/R fare (540 USD). The YQ is however "slightly" different but 1400 USD YQ on the P fare is really an obvious mistake, isn't it?

I think it was the exchange rate between NUC and SDG that was actually not updated due to the sudden devaluation of the SDG. The NUC/USD and NUC/EUR have not changed.
