Suggestions for Upper State NY

I will be in Upper State NY for a while. I have seen GC's, but no VR's.
Have checked some gas stations and Rite Aid, no luck.

I think it's personal preference. MO can be used for bill pay just the same as BB.

I have no issues with either MO or loading BB at WM's in the states I have travelled.
