I flew SDU-GRU-MIA last week and this airside connection between the terminals was closed at 9:00 PM (not sure what time it closed). I had to go landside and walk between the terminals. FYI

I highly doubt someone based in SXM has an AMEX card so this is moot. Like five places on the island accept it and foreign banks are much less generous about chargebacks.
