I had an issue with 2 cards showing the $500 were not active - took 48hrs before they were corrected - loaded fine with no probs. Scared me a bit though!

Instead of uploading the documents (bc the link never worked for me), I asked the Serve rep to call my bank to confirm my identity. Only took a few minutes and the restriction was lifted.

been able to use VGC at Kate or the WM registers... there must have been an internal system block with the rapid reload network at WM, bc I can now load again this month without a problem

I've noticed that if a Jewel doesn't have the VGCs on display, it's likely because they need to restock them. Just ask the customer service if they can restock the VGCs
