My Zuca-Pro (www.zuca.com) fits almost all CRJs (I did have a problem on an older SkyWest model). Zuca Pro in the o/h and computer bag under the seat in front no waiting at the gate after arrival....

Looks promising, but needs work. For example, I looked for flights from MCO to PHL on SkyTeam, returns 'no flights available', yet MCO ATL, and ATL PHL do return flights.

Beleive it or not the Zuca Pro fits most commuter jets

I have found that the Zuca Pro (www.Zuca.com) that I use (which does have wheels) fits almost all commuter jets overheads. Where it did NOT fit was a recent trip on SkyWest CRJ700

If you are looking for a technological case take a look at the Zuca Pro at www.zuca.com. Not available in red (unless you get the smaller Zuca with 4 wheels) but it stands out without that color....

At MCO (Orlando) CLEAR accepts mobile BPs, and if I remember correctly I was able to use my mobile BP at DEN a few months ago too.

Are the LGA ORD flights Delta Shuttle? If so, then they are walk up ticketing, so I guess changes are possible. If not, the normal Same Day Change rules will apply that can be found on delta.com.

AFAIK ATT does not allow you to unlock your iPhone, so you have to jailbreak, pretty heavy stuff to use a local SIM. Probably easier and cheaper to buy a cheap simple unlocked phone and use that
