In OPO, I have never boarded or deplaned by bus - always by jetway. In LIS, I have boarded by bus once in 15 flights and deplaned by bus in around 10 of 30 flights.

AFAIK, the fast-track passes are not available for connections, only for departures originating in LIS. In any case, the wait usually takes longer for immigration, not for the security checkpoint...
