Just FYI, more and more nice restaurants now serve sparkling wine in wine glasses. The bubbles disappear more quickly, but you get more of the bouquet. @:-)

But, I didn't see anything in the OP or title about anything permanently inhabited to be considered a "place". They have flights that land at the North Pole and you can have a Champagne toast there....
