I'm with a large (5-7) group of people traveling from SFO to Europe on 6/24 and back on 7/5 (any of LHR, FRA, MUC, AMS, ZRH, etc. would work - strong preference is for a TATL out of SFO as ultimate...

They offered me an "Everything Burger" on a PS flight today, which is very similar to the old pretzel bun cheeseburger except (1) condiments are gone, (2) tomatoes and lettuce are back, and (3) the...

If I fly Hawaii to SFO/LAX on December 31, leaving at about 9pm Hawaii time and arriving on the morning of 1/1/19, should the PQM/PQS count for the 2018 year or 2019? Pretty sure it's 2018 but it...

Back when I had a non-UA *G card, I was warned about this maybe 1 in every 3 UC visits, nonstop, for 18 months. Perhaps this is true, but I'd chalk it up to 'things disgruntled/busy lounge agents...

99% of the time, buying the cheapest Y fare and paying a greater copay is preferable. For example, if you're >2 weeks out (that's the AP requirement on the fares I see) and inventory permits, you...
