I don't have a ton of data - but 2018 81 total flights about half of which were longhaul.

The last flight for the year was in a G35 air ambulance from Eindhoven to Luton. Very useful but in flight...

I think my heaviest carry on so far was about 25-26kg.

Wasn't a problem except for dragging the damn thing through Mumbai airport on the endless miles of carpet.
