Fred Meyer Fuel - 2x bonus not happening?

Just finished a chat with Amex, asking why my FM fuel purchases are not giving 2x on my PRG, even though the category is Transportation - Fuel. The same as Shell, which does give 2x.

I noticed that fare classes for award tickets on Delta are R for Domestic First and O for DeltaOne, and those buckets are also considered upgraded tickets via Medallion/SWU respectively.

It would be a good universal "where is my plane coming from and where is it now?" tool for every airline, as a complement to United's feature. I know I would use it, I've used United's many times.
