I think the send money option is to send money to other BB accounts. If you want to send a check to a friend, use the pay bill option and manually input the address.

i think you meant the Hilton Amex card for 6x for phone and cable. I think the Citi Hilton Visa only gives out bonuses for groceries, gas and drugstores.
