AC does actually have some direct YYC-OGG flights for sale starting around Dec 19 on a 788. But its not listed on their COVID route updates for December so Id be surprised if this operates.

However, one would expect after 11 weeks processing, AC could find a way to issue AND activate the travel vouchers so they could be used upon receipt.
