Alaska Mixed Mileage Award and Club Entry

So this won't work I'm sure, but I gave my son a Biz award on AS for Fiji LAX-NAN-SYD. Biz was only available NAN-SYD. He's in coach LAX-NAN. Stupid you might think, but no coach award was available....

So what to do with this benefit?

I know this has been covered a ton on times but I am really confused as to what to do for 2019. This deal is no good for gift cards. It's no good for baggage as I get free bags as a life time...

This is all (this reply and the next one from you) great info thanks. LH looks like the solution to the heavy >5kg <8kg dogs. Works from IAH too. I think 2 tickets on LH and 2 for the lighter dogs...
