Yep, it wasn't a problem. I moved 10K BA Avios into my IB account to top the 90k promo avios up to 100K for a one way BA F redemption. My wife did the same but using AMEX MR points.

Short version of the story is that the ICC somehow deleted the booking, couldn't get UA to reinstate it...

I'm probably being really dense but I can't see any way to book the family (2 adults plus 2 kids) using avios on iberia.com?

Booking engine only offers cardholder plus either 1 adult OR 1 child.

So the implementation of the T&Cs seems to be pretty inconsistent....
