To be honest, at F+ we always thougt that FB would be more or less OK for F+ customers but a deep pain for FD members.
The spirit of the FB is much more inspired from F+ then from FD.

KLM and AF are not working on the same GDS / booking system. (I am in no way defending them) but it is really difficult, and sometimes even impossible to access the KLM...
