I would say given the fact that they just got a refresh, the 747s are more likely to hang around longer, especially the 86J frames which already have WiFi and good IFE.

I would pick 3A if you have the option to, first row tends to get quite noisy and you may have a WC queue by your side. 2F is also a better option than 1A in my opinion.
