Seems to be a weird pricing situation (possibly mistake), but you can get WAS-LON in premium economy, and LON-BOM in Jet Airways First (both ways). This prices out correctly on American's website.

That QR fare has been there for a while, and is restricted to mid-week departures. If you choose Thursday / Friday departures, fares jump up to ~2700 - 3000.
