I have a C award booked before the devaluation. BKK to PVG stopover.
Then flying the wrong way PVG to FRA 5 hr layover then FRA to IAD.

BKK to PVG is business only on Thai.

The stopover is not needed if its cost more miles. Looking for NYC BKK R/T. The 100K Citi AA card plus the 10K spend got me the 110K. I am understand Avios, just not AA awards within Oneworld.

United returned the 20K per passenger. Now waiting to see if they'll return the change fee we paid since we didnt get the flight we had changed for.
