Data point. I called the USA number yesterday. Was on hold for 40 minutes. Was offered a refund of Asia miles used for the ticket for $120. Was told I would be called back for credit card processing....

I tried using Wingtips last week on an Avianca ticket. No good using either the ticket or Priority Pass as Wingtips doesn't honor PP in the morning due to capacity controls.

Try and Priceline/Hotwire a cheap room at the airport hotels. If you get a room go there and shower/nap. Order some food from one of the 1000 places that deliver. Better than any lounge.
