Probably the Costco AMEX card? AMEX will continue to pay Costco a bonus for each cardmember they sign up, the cutoff date is still more than a year away.

Also the business version will net you 4%...

They had a good run, but it's almost like they're stuck in an austerity-type mindset while the rest of the banks are spending more to get more. I don't remember seeing any memorable perks from AMEX...
