Mandalay

We arrived in Mandalay's modern airport around 6 pm. By the time we were at the hotel, it was around 7 pm, so our only visit time was the morning the next day....

Come back to Yangon by train

Our train leaves Mawlamyine at 7:30 pm and arrives the next day in Yangon at 5:30 am. Sadly, no beds available on this train.

First step: buying blankets, pillows and waters....

Hpa-An is famous for its "Avatar movie" type landscape. The only other places in the world where you can find the equivalence is around Guilin, China and Halong Bay in Vietnam....
