Stop with the pretense

We need to stop pretending that there is any kind of comfort in coach. When passengers recline it makes tight seating even more tight.

The same thought occurred to me - IDB compensation is way too cheap. It devalues VDB and makes the carriers lazy to do their job and get volunteers.
