While I agree the restrictions around visiting friends and family are completely nonsensical, there isn't any financial incentive to allow them, unlike allowing domestic workers to go back to work.

AFAIK there is no change for repatriation flights, there are no new provisions that allow travel by private car to the airport for anyone not travelling and I have no clue if the parking lots are...
