I knew it was highly unlikely to be an upgrade because J ends at row 6 on the DUR-DXB flight.

Oh well! As long as we are sitting together there’s no complaints from my side....

Update... QR flight PEN-DOH is delayed 6h35min. Plane went tech. Missed connection in DOH and missed connection in JNB (not ticketed on QR) due to this. So two missed connections and no flights...
