This actually happened to me for another Chase card (Hyatt). Similar to OP, had >$5K spend / month on the card historically ... but that was reduced significantly due to the pandemic (<$1K / month)....

I did count once that a gentleman in 1F had 5 drinks on a CMH->LGA flight once - more impressive given the short time than anything else. Having 2 PDB’s helped that tally. :)

I’ve had 4 flights in the past month cancelled 24-48 hours out. None of these appeared to be due weather, but don’t have a clear answer on why the cancellations occurred.
