I think the actual cutoff is 1,100 miles, instead of 1,400 or 1,500, for the "gap" between lunch and dinner. SLC-MSN is another example. I would trust whatever your reservation says.

The flight on the 27th shows as domestic first class for sale but does, oddly, include "dinner" service for the 10:59 PM departure. This should be the case but expect a smaller "snack" of a meal.

Delta's rule is normally >250 miles for service. There are exception routes like BOS-LGA and DCA-LGA. I think this gives FAs a break on more, shorter routes,compared to other airlines.
