I am looking at flying to Miami in order to get a cruise from Fort Lauderdale back to Europe next spring.

The cost for 2 from International to Domestic (with a stop at the Vodacom shop to buy a sim) was 1600 Rand (so about 84 pounds between us). No idea if it will be worth it...

I have booked the BA0178 daytime flight on a Sunday from JFK --> LHR --> EDI in October - travelling in WT+. It departs at 07:55 am.

I had my longest ever wait at US immigration about 3 years ago.

We had flown J and joined a 60 min queue (line) and got within 10 of the top - with each person being sent to one of 40 odd kiosks...

If you price up Edinburgh to LHR on 22nd April for example - the flights start at 55 with a bag.
