You could reasonably get Titanium for ~$8k if you use the 5 x ENC and hold one of the credit...

Used the Aspire $250 for an AS Lounge Membership last year, good deal for a 75K @ $350.

Definitely used it > 20 times thanks to AA lounges being in network.
