It may not be as predictable at IHG but in my case at least, has consistently been better than the published benefits. That above and beyond factor keeps me going there vs other brands.

I can honestly say that the boarding cut-off time on any airline has never come up in conversation with anyone. I’d encourage them to get a life if it did. Not sure how JQ is relevant to an NZ forum.
